FNSB Libraries have been serving the North Pole community with a branch library for 45 years.

The first North Pole Branch Library was dedicated in 1974 by Borough Mayor John Carlson.  The City of North Pole donated the site at 601 Snowman Lane.

The new North Pole Branch Library at 656 NPHS Boulevard opened in November 2014 and features a large multi-purpose room, collections of books, music and movies for all ages, children’s and teen specific areas, wifi, a fireplace lounge, study rooms, art from Alaskan artists, a community garden and walking paths.
