FAST Planning 5th Annual Winter Maintenance Forum

Fairbanks Area Surface Transportation (FAST) Planning will hold the 5th Annual Winter Maintenance Forum on Tuesday,15, 2022 from 5-7:00 PM at the Noel Wien Library, 1215 Cowles Street. There will be a series of informational presentations about winter maintenance and safety from the DOT&PF, the City of Fairbanks, the Fairbanks North Star Borough, MACS Transit, the City of North Pole, and other special guests about what to expect on the roads and around town this winter. The FAST Planning public hearing requirements agree to use the TIP development process to satisfy the public hearing requirements of Section 5307(c). The public notice of public involvement activities and time established for public review and comment on the TIP will satisfy the program-of-projects requirements of the Urbanized Area Formula Program. The public involvement process is described at 23 C.F.R. Section 450.316(b).
