[ARCHIVED] FNSB Launches Service Area Reporting Center

Road Report News Flash

Borough residents now have an easy way to report a non-emergency problem within a borough service area!

Here's how it works. For example, you live in a borough service area and you see a pothole in a roadway and you take a photo of it with your cell phone.

1) From any device, go to: https://www.fnsb.gov/roads

2) Select Road Problems (or Snow Ice Problem, or Street Light Problem, or Water/Sewer Problem)

3) Add information about the problem, upload a photo if you have one, and then hit the Report It button. The problem is then reviewed by FNSB staff and Service Area Commissioners. Then the Service Area Commissioners and Maintenance Contractors will discuss how to repair or resolve the issue. Throughout this process, the resident that submitted the issue can track the status of the problem. Check out the FNSB Service Area Reporting Center webpage for FAQ's and quick links to other useful information.Road Report News Flash

If you have any questions or need help submitting the problem online, call FNSB Rural Services at 459-1223.
